HAVE IT ALL IN SONOMA with Wine, Spirits & Brews! Lot 23-06

Even winemakers need to mix it up and that’s what we are going to do. In addition to being a celebrated wine region, Sonoma is quickly becoming known for trend-setting distilleries and breweries.

This four-day, three-night trip for FOUR GUESTS takes you on this journey in a creative way.

Kendall-Jackson Wine Estate & Gardens, an iconic Sonoma destination. Three and a half acres of organic and sustainably farmed gardens greet each guest because the food experience is just as important here as the wines. Your Educational Wine & Food seminar will be led by one of the resident Chefs and will tantalize and surprise you. End the day with a glass of wine (or two) and hit the Bocce court for a nibble and a sip!

Russian River Brewing Company --- For winemakers, sometimes only a beer will do and this is a special brewery with highly sought-after and acclaimed beers, including Pliny the Elder. Owned & operated by a husband-and-wife team, feel the passion of not only their brews but also their brew-inspired local foods and pairing creations. There is only one like Russian River Brewing!

Grains…not grapes…our Spirit adventure begins at Redwood Empire, a distillery carved from old buildings originally housing an apple canning and processing plant, owned by one of Sonoma’s preeminent families during the ‘apple heydays’. A place of inspiration and renewal, passion and craft. Master Distillers: Jeff Duckhorn & Lauren Patz certainly know their way around the wine world and embarked on this spiritual journey. Whiskey, bourbon, and ryes with complex style and finesse will intrigue.

From brown spirits to white spirits…organically, the Hanson Family will welcome you to the Hanson’s Sonoma Distillery. Family owned & operated, the surprise comes from seeing how these 100% organic vodkas are flavored in small batches. This family believes in real vodka made by real people with real organic fruits & vegetables. And vodka isn’t just for martinis! A creative food pairing/tasting will open your eyes and educate your palate.

Amble next door to one of Sonoma’s CULT dining destinations, Lou’s Luncheonette, in Carneros.

Flying High over Napa Valley in an early morning HOT AIR Balloon … grab your coffee and experience Napa Valley from ABOVE --- soaring above the vineyards between the Vaca Mountains and the Mayacamas Mountain Range, the view is breathtaking.

Balloon rides not your thing….a VINTAGE Golden Age Biplane over Sonoma Valley may fill the bill.

SPEAK SOFTLY Dinner Lot 23-05

January 1920, Prohibition created a new industry when thousands of formerly legal saloons transitioned to private, unlicensed barrooms. Nicknamed “Speakeasies” for how low you had to speak the “password” to gain entry. These new social hubs ranged from fancy clubs to dingy backrooms, basements, and apartments.

One Hundred years later, the allure of a “forbidden”, drink albeit perfectly legal, endures.

You and 7 friends can enjoy an exclusive Aged Bourbon blind tasting and dinner at a private, secret location in mid-town Harrisburg.

Unique Limousine will transport you and your party from your homes to this undisclosed location where once the password is provided, you will gain entry to the venue. Our Tres Bonne Annee whiskey aficionados, Nate Kresge & Steve Hess, will guide you through an educational tasting of four “related” yet unique whiskeys. Next, you will settle in for a four-course, bourbon dinner, prepared by Hilton Executive Chef, Anthony Bianco.
